Our sister company MW Impact is a Warwickshire and West Midlands based organisation that provides In-School support, focused on improving outcomes for children and young people through mentoring, behaviour support, and well-being initiatives in school settings. Core Services for Schools
In-School Mentoring:
We embed mentors directly into schools to offer both1:1 and small group sessions designed to:
- Build resilience and emotional regulation
- Provide safe places to talk about anxiety, trauma, or behavioural issues
- Improve motivation and school engagement
Classroom & Behavioural Support:
Our team works closely with pastoral staff, SENCOs, and teachers to:
- Support young people at risk of exclusion or disengagement
- Observe behaviours in class to help shape individualised strategies
- Deliver positive behaviour interventions and reflective workbooks
Corridor & Social Time Support:
We understand that a school day is more than lessons. Our staff are present before school, during transitions, and around lunch and break times to:
- De-escalate tensions in real time
- Offer 'walk and talk' interventions
- Be a consistent presence in corridors to reduce conflict and promote calm
PSHE & Awareness Days:
We deliver assemblies and drop-down days tailored to schools' needs. These cover:
- Gang affiliation & knife crime
- Self-harm, suicide prevention, and emotional wellbeing
- Consent, healthy relationships, and sexual health
- Social media safety and peer pressure
Female Empowerment Programs:
Our Female-led mentoring helps girls navigate body confidence, self-image, toxic relationships, and identity in a safe, empowering setting:
- Puberty and change
- Online identity and social pressures
- Substance misuse and consent education
Creative & Physical Expression:
We believe in engaging the whole child. Through music, DJing, art therapy, and sports mentoring we:
- Encourage self-expression in non-academic formats
- Improve peer relationships
- Promote discipline, focus and team-building
